Scope of Services:

Digital Qlick offers various digital marketing services including but not limited to Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Website Development, and other related services. The scope of services provided will be detailed in the agreement between Digital Qlick and the client.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement between Digital Qlick and the client. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges.

Intellectual Property:

Any intellectual property developed or created during the course of providing services to the client will remain the property of Digital Qlick unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality:

Digital Qlick agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information provided by the client. Likewise, the client agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information provided by Digital Qlick.

Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any fees owed up to the date of termination will be due upon termination.

Limitation of Liability:

Digital Qlick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, regardless of the cause of action.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction], and any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in [jurisdiction].

Changes to Terms:
